We are back at the beginning of another cycle and this is the 3rd week of my2nd in the row #nguzosabachallenge. My first challenge was my food fast, the second challenge is tobacco, and getting back in shape. I plan to push it a bit farther and do a 3rd #nguzosabachallenge after I am done with this one, but enough about me.
In this time of sacrifice I have had a lot of time to think, and one of the things that kept popping up for me is the length of our new process. We are currently putting together a 21 week Tribe building Course, and i could not remember why it was so long. Then last night as I was falling asleep it hit me. The 21 weeks breaks down into 7 #nguzosabachallenges that we would lead the participant through. working our way through the Nguzo Saba, the 5 parts of being, 4 pillars of health and etc... I am looking forward to this upcoming commitment because it will change everyone involved.
