Don't get confused we are working with the Player's Pyramid Book and we are now moving through the building blocks which requires us to go backward through the Nguzo Saba.
We are looking at the chapter of Imani, and it is time for us to get a firm understanding of this principle, and how to use it. Imani means faith, but it requires work. This principle is what all of us want. For there to be healing (physical, mental, emotional) in our lives, we need to have faith that if we do certain things out of our own initiative there will be a benefit from them. You can not simply sit back on your couch and wish that something would come from "faith". If this were true there would be no reason for us to get up. As we study the chapter of Imani, we learn how to live it. The Imani principle will change all things for us if we work with it diligently day by day.
Imani is a powerful tool in our intellectual arsenal. It therefore requires understanding, so follow along with the teachings in this book, and I will show you how to use Imani to build wealth in your life. Faith is the foundation of your character, how you carry yourself, and understand that you are here for a reason. When you have faith, you have faith in yourself, faith in others, faith in the universe, faith in your purpose.
What do you have Imani in? Do you have the faith to bet it all on it?
Enough of that here is your proverb:
"The voices of the ancestors are the voices of the gods."
