Great Umoja:Umoja Toast
We have been hinting on the idea that as we begin to form tribes we have the ability to expand the other five parts of our being. We can increase our insight and connection with the world. As we move in our tribe we have access to the total intelligence of the group. We form a tribal mind that enables us to think and solve problems a lot easier than if we were b y ourselves.
Scientists are now telling us that our minds are connected. They call it “non-local consciousness”. That means your mind is no longer just inside your body, it can connect with other minds without ever leaving your body. All you need is another person who will talk and listen to you at length. The more people who communicate together, the greater their collective intelligence becomes. It’s like having a super brain instead of just your own brain.
The individual members of a tribe may not be very intelligent, but when they work together they create a tribe mind that has extraordinary capabilities. Their brains act like one large computer, enhancing each member’s intelligence so they can think and do things far beyond their normal capabilities.
This happens because human beings act like neurons in the brain when they interact with others, forming an organic neural network. This neural network gives all members access to the intelligence of the group, which in turn boost each members intelligence, forming a feedback loop that benefits all parties. Here are some questions for those who are on their #NguzoSabaChallenge:
Can you think of a time when you were part of a group that was thinking or solving problems together and the whole was greater than the sum of its parts?
What do you think about the idea of forming tribes?
What is the most difficult problem you have ever solved?
Do you think that forming a tribe is something that may be more applicable for people in the future?
What are your thoughts about the tribal mind and how it can change the way we work, live and play?
How does your tribe influence your life and work experience?
Do you think that being a part of a tribe has helped your business?
What the idea of a tribal mind does is it allows your whole being to evolve. You begin to tap into your vast potential and become whole not just as an individual but as a member of a larger unit where everyone can benefit from everyone else's insights. To Create a Tribal Mind
Step One: You have to be ready
Step Two: Step outside of yourself
Step Three: Create a common focus for the tribe to work on
Step Four: Be the change you want to see in your Tribe
Here is your Proverb of the Day:
