5 Steps To Keeping It Real & Firing Up Your Kuumba

Great Kuumba:

The problem with a lot of people is that we aren’t being creative enough. We are just following what we think is the right path to success and happiness. We graduate high school, go to college, get a good job, marry our high school sweetheart and have 2 kids and live happily ever after. If we follow this path, then maybe we will be happy sometimes. But there are many more people who are not happy most of their lives, even with following this path.

I believe that a large part of the reason why we don’t follow our own unique paths is because we are afraid of being different or afraid of rejection. But when you look at successful people, they all have one thing in common: They are all different. They don’t care about rejection or if they fit in with society; they do what makes them happy and they pursue it with passion until they become successful at it.

A lot of us try to find our meaning in life by searching for a job, but some jobs just aren’t meant for us. So if you are going to find your meaning in life you are really going to have to connect with the principle of Kuumba. Stand up and start creating your life, and open up to the creative process. What is the creative process? The creative process is the way that we create things that are original and fresh. This could be painting a picture, writing a song, or creating a new invention. The creative process allows us to get out of our head and into our heart, where our inner being can express itself. All creativity flows from this place of inner connection. We are not creating something out of nothing, but rather sensing the flow of creation on every level of ourselves and bringing this energy into form.

The Creative Process

The creative process has been with us since the beginning of time. It's how we imagine, dream and create things that we may not have seen before. People talk about having a "creative mind." What does this mean? It means that you have the ability to use your mind in ways that others can't, in order to make something new appear where there was nothing before. It means you have the ability to imagine what is possible and bring it into existence through action or expression.

Creativity comes naturally to some people but not everyone feels like they have it within them. If you're reading this article then chances are good that you do! here are some questions to wrestle with to help you find your creative process:

What do you think about creativity?

What are your thoughts on how your creative process works?

What are you going to do today that is creative?

What steps have you taken to become the creator of your life?

What is something creative you have learned to do?

How does your culture influence your creativity?

What are you willing to risk to change your life?

Nowadays, a lot of people search for security. The only way we can be really secure is to put as much effort into increasing our creative abilities. All the rest is lies and illusions, temporary happiness and peace of mind. You cannot find peace by selling your soul to someone else or accepting the system`s routine. Being part of the system will never give you success, freedom or heaven on earth. Everything that you hate and want to escape from is caused by the system and their rules. So here are some ways to to turn on your Kuumba:

1. Change your environment

2. Listen to music

3. Doodle, Journal, and/or free write

4. Meditate

5. Create habits that force you to plug into your Kuumba

Here is your proverb:

"Wisdom is like a good skin bag every man carries his own."
